The hotel recognizes the reservation as valid only after the issuance of its written confirmation of acceptance. Early departures , late arrivals or no shows cause considerable inconvenience to the organization and damage to the Administration. In the above cases, Management is obliged to charge the entire period booked even if not used.

If you wish to cancel a reservation, such cancellation will only be accepted in writing. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation; prepaid cards, American Express, and Diners Club are not accepted. Alternatively, a deposit must be paid via bank transfer.

Cancellation policies:

– Free cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date;
– 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged if canceled within 7 days of the arrival date;
– 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 6 days before the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, with no exceptions

Check-in is available starting at 12:00 PM (room, beach, parking).
The management will hold the reserved room for the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, after which the room will be available for other guests, and the guest’s failure to arrive will be considered a “no-show.”
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM; the room, parking space, and beach spot must be vacated.
Any subsequent services will be considered extras (parking, beach).
